How to Maintain and Calibrate a Turbine Flow Meter
1. The key to maintaining turbine Flowmeters is regular cleaning and inspection. Periodically remove dirt and sediment that may be present in the pipeline and avoid damage to the turbine impeller due to external force or vibration. In addition, the accuracy of the Turbine Flowmeter needs to be verified regularly.
2. Turbine flowmeters are usually calibrated during the manufacturing process. If recalibration is required, the most common method is to use standard liquids for comparative calibration. Compare the standard flow rate to turbine flow meter measurement readings based on the flow meter model and manufacturer's recommendations. (It is recommended to find the corresponding manufacturer for after-sales calibration)
