Measuring system  ：
1.  Selection calculation  
Each Balanced Flow Meter should be selected and calculated according to the process parameters before manufacturing to determine the opening position and size, so as to determine the design performance of this table.  The differential pressure value, measuring range, measuring accuracy range, pressure loss and recommended beta value are calculated.  
2.  verify  
Each balanced flow meter is calibrated with real flow before leaving the factory.  If the real flow calibration is not carried out, it must also be simulated calibration, and our unit can accurately give the flow coefficient value according to many years of data.  
3.  Component material  
The materials of the components used in the balance flow meter are all qualified products that have been strictly screened to ensure the continuous and accurate work of the flow meter.  
4.  Valves with three valve sets  
The balanced flow meter is a Throttling Device , and its system includes a primary valve, a three-valve group, a blow down valve, etc.  It is convenient for system debugging and maintenance.  The material of valve and three valve groups shall be equipped according to the contract requirements.
