Working principle  :
Balance flow meter is a revolutionary differential pressure flow meter, and its working principle is the same as other differential pressure flow meters, are based on the principle of energy conversion in the sealed pipe: in the case of ideal fluid flow in the pipe is proportional to the square root of the differential pressure;  The differential pressure is measured and the flow rate in the pipe can be calculated according to Bernoulli's equation.  The balanced flow sensor is a porous disc throttling rectifier that is installed on the cross section of the pipe, and the size and distribution of each hole is customized based on special formulas and test data, called a function hole.  When the fluid passes through the function hole of the disk, the fluid will be balanced and rectified, the eddy current is minimized, and the approximate ideal fluid is formed. Through the pressure taking device, a stable differential pressure signal can be obtained, and the volume flow and mass flow can be calculated according to Bernoulli equation.
