Product Description:

The Venturi differential pressure Flow Meter is a commonly used flow measurement instrument.  It is based on the Venturi principle and determines the flow rate by measuring the differential pressure of a fluid as it passes through the Venturi throat in a pipe.  The Venturi differential pressure flow meter consists of a Venturi throat and a differential pressure sensor.  As the fluid passes through the Venturi throat, the velocity of the fluid increases and the pressure decreases due to the contraction of the throat.  The differential pressure sensor measures the pressure difference between the front and back of the throat and converts it into a flow value.  The Venturi differential pressure flow meter has the advantages of high precision, good stability and wide measuring range, and is widely used in industrial fluid control and monitoring fields.

Controls  :
1. Install the wedge-shaped flowmeter on the process pipeline, and the sealing pad after compression should be consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, and the connection should be free of leakage. 

2. First open the balance valve of the differential pressure gauge, and then open the positive and negative pressure valves. 

3. Open the valve and let the fluid circulate in the pipeline system for 10 minutes to eliminate the gas in the system.  This can be achieved by opening the two discharge valves of the high and low flanges of the differential pressure gauge. 

4. Zero calibration wedge flowmeter In the case of zero flow at room temperature, the transmitter must be adjusted to an accurate zero reading.  If possible, this can be achieved by adjusting the transmitter zero screw.  If the zero screw cannot be adjusted, appropriate measures should be taken to achieve this. 

5. After adjusting the zero position, open the positive and negative pressure valves of the differential pressure gauge, and then close the balance valve of the differential pressure gauge to put into operation.
