The use of this product is as follows:  

1. Installation: First, determine the installation position of the Vortex Flow Meter.  Ensure that the installation location is free of vibration and interference, and that fluid can flow smoothly through the Flow Meter.  The flow meter is then mounted on the pipe and bolted to hold it in place.  Make sure the flow meter is tightly connected to the pipe to prevent leaks.  

2. Connection: Connect the cable of the flow meter to the corresponding power supply and data acquisition equipment.  Make sure the connection is secure and check that the cable is connected correctly.  

3. Calibration: Before using the flow meter, it is necessary to calibrate.  During calibration, a known flow value needs to be entered and compared with the measured results of the flow meter.  According to the comparison results, the parameters of the flow meter can be adjusted to improve the measurement accuracy.  

4. Use: After the calibration is completed, you can start to use the flow meter for flow measurement.  Introduce the fluid into the pipe and observe the flow meter display.  Ensure that the flow of the fluid is timed without any interference or blockage.  

5. Maintenance: Regularly check the working status of the flow meter and carry out necessary maintenance.  Clean the sensor and piping of the flow meter to ensure proper operation.  If any fault or abnormal situation is found, contact the after-sales service personnel in time for repair or replacement.
