Installation site selection  :

 In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the electromagnetic flowmeter, the following requirements should be paid attention to when selecting the installation location:  

 (1) Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (large motors, large transformers, etc.), so as not to affect the magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.  

(2) It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as far as possible, and should not be installed in a wet and stagnant place.  

(3) The sun and rain should be avoided as far as possible, and the ambient temperature should be higher than 50 ° C and the relative humidity should be greater than 95%.  

(4) There should be ample space near the Flow Meter for easy installation and maintenance.  

(5) The electromagnetic flowmeter should be installed at the back end of the pump, and must not be installed on the suction side, and the valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flowmeter.
